My late Grandma Marie made this in the early 90s for all of her children. When my mom died, I took this out of her holiday stash for my house (I believed my brother Chris has the rest of the items). It is now more special since Marie's passing.
Anyway, one of my New Year's Resolutions is to get more crafty so I can make homemade gifts from the heart. If you have a suggestion on a site, book or class, let me know.

ReplyDeleteI love this tree because of what it represents. Our goal is to put the meaning in the greening and this is just the kind of item that does it so well. I wish everyone would stop buying and start crafting for their trees. We do have lots of ideas on our Celebrate Green! blog, but also suggest Family Fun, Instructables and of course Etsy for inspiration.
