Get healthy: running away
Well, there is no laughing as I placed 3rd in my age group for the Deschutes Dash 5k. Granted, there were only 5 people and my chances of placing were good but gosh, it felt great. I'm also down 29 pounds since January 1 with the help of running, crossfit and Shaklee 180.
This morning, my husband looked at me like I was nuts at 5:30 am and said "Are you sure you're not doing too much?"
Nope, morning workouts are like my coffee, it helps me start my day. I could probably give up the coffee and just go off that morning workout feeling.
